Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED, simply return your purchase within 365 days of the shipping date.

Any shoes can be exchanged for a smaller or larger size (subject to availability). If you need to return the shoes for exchange or refund please follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to My Profile (log-in required)

  2. Click on "View Details" of the order in question

  3. Click on "Change or Return" link nex to the product title to request an RMA

  4. Fill out the return/exchange form and wait for the email with instructions (24-48 hours) 

  5. RMA email will include all necessary instructions on how to return the merchandise

When returning your order, make sure to include your contact information and the RMA# with your return.

All returned items must be received in the original box, unworn with no signs of abuse, in order for us to issue you a refund or exchange.
